Winter Texan (Long-Term) Reservation Policies

1. Deposits: A $300 dollar deposit is required for all guests staying 30 days or longer, this deposit is deducted from your first month’s rent.
2. Payment Schedule: First month’s rent is due 30 days before your scheduled arrival date, the remaining months are to be paid on the 1st day of the remaining months.
3. Fees: For 2026 and all future Winter Texan Reservations – You will be charged a one-time cleaning fee, non-refundable damage waiver, and a 3% credit card fee for all credit card processing. If you would like to avoid credit card fees, you may write a personal check made out to Coral Cay.
4. Cancellations: Winter Texan reservations must be cancelled 30 days before your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations within 30 days before your scheduled arrival date, the $300 deposit is subject to forfeiture.
5. Cleaning: All monthly reservations are provided Bi-Monthly cleaning and 2 sets of towels and linens. All cleaning will be preformed by Coral Cay’s Housekeeping department.
6. What We Provide:
   a. For 2026 and future reservations – all monthly rentals will be provided with paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, dish soap, and bathroom amenities for two weeks until you are settled into your stay. You will then be responsible for purchasing these items after two weeks.
   b. All towels, linen, blankets, and pillows are provided.
