Nightly Rates include Daily Towel Service – all linens and terry furnished.
Monthly Rentals receive a bi-monthly cleaning and 2 sets of bed linens and terry. Monthly Rentals can launder their linens and towels at our coin laundry or exchange for clean at an additional charge.
Guests must be 21 years of age to make reservations and check-in: 25 years of age during month of March.
Two-night minimum stay is required on all reservations made in advance; three night minimum on holiday and peak summer season.
No pets allowed.

Deposits: An advance deposit equal to the first nights lodging is required to confirm your reservation. Your deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation by money order, check or credit card. Failure to send the deposit within 7 days will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.
Reservations must be cancelled seven day prior to arrival to receive a refund less a $25.00 cancellation fee. If shorter notice is given (less than 7 days) deposit is subject to forfeiture.
In case of late arrivals or early departures, it is necessary to charge for reserved space.
Deposits for Monthly Rentals: A $200.00 deposit is required for all guests staying 30 days or longer. In event of cancellation, 30-day notice must be provided to be eligible for a refund.
All rental charges are due upon check-in.
Coral Cay will make every effort to keep you in the unit you have requested. However, we cannot guarantee a specific condo as all units are individually owned and circumstances may arise which are outside of our control.
